Aroly is a task manager. The data we store is the data you give us to manage your tasks: task titles, notes, dates, lists, tags, and the settings you configure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to serve ads.
Your tasks, lists, tags, templates, and account details (email and a securely hashed password) live in our database so they can sync across your devices. Each device also keeps a local offline copy so Aroly keeps working without a connection.
Features like AI Organize, Plan My Day, and Smart Inbox Triage are off by default. When you turn one on, only the specific text you submit (a task title, a brain-dump, a request to plan your day) is sent to the AI provider for that one request -- nothing is sent in the background.
If you enable Health Intelligence on Android, step/sleep/exercise data is read on-device to compute a Daily Capacity score. It is never synced to the Web or shared with AI unless you separately and explicitly opt into each of those.
Settings → Data → Export gives you a full JSON export of your tasks, lists, tags, subtasks, templates, and reminders at any time.
